How to know you’re sleep-deprived


There are signs, you know. Signs that tell you you’re possibly sleep-deprived. They look something like this:

Leave work at 4:15 p.m.
Take a nap at 5 p.m.
Wake up at 6:30 p.m. and roll over.
Wake up at 8:50 p.m. Brush teeth.
Take a phone call at 9 p.m.
Hang up the phone at 10 p.m.
Eat a bowl of cereal.
Brush teeth again.
Go back to bed at 10:15 p.m.
Read a book till 10:30 p.m.
Fall asleep and wake up at 6 a.m.

Seriously. 11.5 hours. Who does that? Oddly enough, I’m feeling rather perky this morning.
